Refund Policy

If a download is not right for you, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. You do not need to give a reason. Once a refund is issued, your licence to use the file ends and you should delete any copies you have saved or printed.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles customer service inquiries and returns.

• Visit paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout to find your order.
• Or reply to your Paddle receipt email with your refund request.
• Or email us at hello@earlykinder.com with your order reference and we will arrange it with Paddle for you.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing usually takes a few working days depending on your bank or card issuer.

If a file will not download, is corrupted or is missing pages, contact us first — we will usually be able to fix it or resend it straight away. If we cannot, you will receive a full refund regardless of how long ago you ordered.

Paddle's own refund policy also applies to your purchase. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer. We may decline refunds where there is clear evidence of abuse, such as repeated purchase-and-refund cycles or redistribution of our files.
