Terms of Service

Early Kinder (earlykinder.com) is operated by Sage Wonder Press. By using this website or buying our digital products, you are entering into an agreement with Sage Wonder Press on these terms.

Last updated: 22 August 2026

1. Who you are contracting with

Early Kinder is a trading name of Sage Wonder Press ("we", "us", "our"). You can reach us at hello@earlykinder.com.

2. Acceptance

By browsing the site, creating an account, subscribing to updates or purchasing a download, you confirm you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please stop using the site. You must be of legal age to enter a contract, and where you buy on behalf of a setting or organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

3. What we provide

Early Kinder publishes written guidance, e-books, printable resources and posters that support parents and early years practitioners with children from birth to five. Our content is aligned to the EYFS statutory framework and Development Matters but is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, the Department for Education.

Our material is for information only. It is not a diagnostic tool, not medical, educational or legal advice, and does not replace guidance from your health visitor, GP, SENCO or another qualified professional. Every child develops at their own pace.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential and for activity under your account. Please give accurate information and keep it up to date, and tell us promptly if you think your account has been accessed by someone else.

5. Licence and restrictions

When you purchase a download, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it. Parents may use purchased resources within their own family. Practitioners and settings may print and use resources with the children in their own setting. You may not:

  • resell, sublicense, share or redistribute the files, in whole or in part
  • upload the files to a public website, shared drive, resource marketplace or file-sharing service
  • remove branding, author or publisher credits from any file
  • reverse engineer, scrape or attempt to circumvent access controls or download links

6. Intellectual property

All text, illustrations, cover artwork, layout, branding and software on this site remain the property of Sage Wonder Press or its licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you.

7. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service. This includes unlawful use, fraud, spam, infringing anyone's intellectual property, uploading malware, probing or interfering with our security, or bulk scraping our content. Our full Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these terms.

8. Payments, billing and refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Prices are shown in pounds sterling unless stated otherwise and may include tax depending on your location. See our Refund Policy.

9. Service availability

We aim to keep the site available and the download links working, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. We may update, change or withdraw content, products or features at any time.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access where there is a material breach of these terms, non-payment or a chargeback, suspected fraud or a security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the site at any time. Files you have already lawfully downloaded remain yours to use under the licence above.

11. Warranties and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special loss, including loss of profit, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or anything else that cannot be excluded by law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your unlawful use of the service, your breach of these terms or content you submit to us.

13. General

You may not assign your rights under these terms without our consent; we may assign ours as part of a merger, acquisition or reorganisation. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
